My story
I am an experienced Pastry Chef with a background of working in Michelin Star and 3AA Rosette Restaurants. I am passionate about creating delicious, eye–catching and memorable desserts for guests, while also upholding the highest standards of quality. I understand how important the look, taste, and texture of the desserts are to make customers feel satisfied, so I strive to use the best ingredients, techniques, and presentation to ensure a high–end dining experience. My experience has taught me how to create a wide range of desserts, from classic and more traditional dessert menus to modern patisserie.

I grew up in France, where desserts or cakes is nearly most people’s go to fulfil their sweet tooth, I have always enjoyed working in the art field, either its music and creativity side of it, after rapping and performing for a few years with friends, I had started attending a college where we were taught on the fundamentals of it and that was where I had found myself and what I wanted to do in life. Fast forward 20 years later, living in the Uk and have had plenty of opportunities and experience, I believed it was time to start working and producing for myself.
September 2017, I had started producing and delivering for French affaire in Milton Keynes, where we had won an award for best afternoon Tea in the town. Along the way I had made connections with chilly village and have been serving them a variety of product from to vegan desserts so that has enabled them to be able to attract a new customers base. By being ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I’m not comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness.
